Our client is looking for Accounting and Finance Sr. Manager for fertilizer manufacturing. Qualifications as below.
Position: Finance and Credit Senior Manager
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and monitoring the implementation of assigned tasks related to financial accounting and accounts receivable, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the organization's operational goals and policies
• Responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling, and developing all aspects of financial operations
• Establishes financial guidelines and sources of funding.
• Provides guidance on trade finance procedures related to import and export activities.
• Manages risk prevention related to foreign exchange rates and interest rates in alignment with financial policies.
• Develops financial planning and liquidity management guidelines for the company.
• Plans, monitors, and controls accounts receivable operations in accordance with the companys policy.
• Establishes credit policy and procedures for customers.
• Sets guidelines for accounts receivable setup and debt write-offs.
• Defines procedures for debt collection.
• Oversees and coordinates legal action against problematic debtors.
• Improves and develops modern, efficient procedures for receiving payments from customers.
• Manage and supervise control subordinate 14 staffs in 5 sections
• Direct report to Finance and Accounting Director

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance/Accounting or relate field
• At least 10 years direct experience and an in-depth understanding of Accounting and Finance
• Experience working in audit firms would be advantage.
• Have experience in;
• Reviews and analyzes financial reports
• Ensures that financial data /information is provided to management with recommendations for the management decisions and actions
• Monitor and analyze business performance
• Analyzes and forecast exchange rate.
• Must have CPD License
• Must have knowledge and skills in Accounts Receivable and Financial, Banking and Finance
• Trade Finance for Import & Export
• Proficiency in English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), sufficient for daily conversation.
• Demonstrates strong skills in planning, follow-up, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving.
• Strong in leadership skills
