Handle monthly and yearly full set of accounts using the company's ERP system to comply with local regulation and group consolidation purpose.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and management reports.
Prepare supporting schedules and coordinate with local and group auditors/tax agents.
Liaise with corporate secretarial on routine company matters.
Any ad hoc duties as required.
HR Job Responsibilities:
Manage payroll, employee records, work pass applications/renewals.
Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee claims and leave records.
Assist in hotel/flight bookings.

Requirements
Diploma / Degree in
Accounting / Finance / Business

Minimum
2 years of experience
in full set accounts and HR.
Familiarity with
Chinese accounting system
is a bonus.
Strong sense of
responsibility, accuracy, and commitment

Able to work independently and handle sensitive information with integrity.
* Good communication skills in
English and Mandarin
(to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
