Responsibilities

: " Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Finance and HR Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East - easily accessible. Responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring the company's day-to-day accounting functions Responsible for maintaining the company's accounts closings for the various financial reporting when required Responsible for handling the company's financial reports, month-end closing and monthly financial forecast. Responsible for implementing/improving the company's various processes (eg. budgeting, forecasting, etc.) Responsible for the preparation of the company's bank reconciliations, budgets, forecasts etc. Responsible for ensuring that the company's accounting activities are in compliance with the tax and reporting statutory requirements In charge of maintaining the company's employee records (eg. attendance, medical certificates etc.) In charge of the company's various HR activities (eg. recruitment activities, employment pass applications, employee onboarding & offboarding etc.) In charge of the company's payroll processing and policy updates Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma in Accounting or other relevant qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience Strong supervisory experience Relevant working experience in the Logistics/Freight Forwarding industry is an added advantage Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click APPLY NOW or email an updated copy of your resume/cv.
