ICTA
(part of Wilmington T&E division) is the only provider of training and education in the field of Anti Money Laundering, Governance, Risk and Compliance accredited under Singapore\'s Institute of Banking & Finance Standards (IBF Standards). Main Purpose of Role:
The main purpose of the role is to support the excellent delivery in all aspects of ICA and ICTA programmes, whether an individual is studying with face-to-face tuition, on-line or potentially as part of an in-house team. Delivering exceptional customer service is paramount to the role. Helping students from expression of interest all the way through to award, making them feel they are valued and of high importance is central to all the activities involved in this role. The role is to follow the administration processes and ensure high quality of customer service is achieved. The Finance and Operations Executive liaises with the Head of Operations, Programme Managers and the Finance team, counterparts in ICT UK as well as external tutors whenever necessary.


The Finance & Operations Executive is responsible for supporting all day-to-day aspects of programme delivery.


1. Finance \xe2\x80\x93 Invoicing and Credit Control

  • Review and post invoices for enrolments
  • Raise credit notes as necessary
  • Follow-up collections
  • Support Account Payables (e.g., tutors, moderators, suppliers, etc.)
  • Liaise with HRDC, AICB, etc., related matters including liaison, refunds and funding
  • Support the Operations team for students\xe2\x80\x99 finance-related matters
  • Support Audit on industry partners, budgeting, HRDC Claims (relating to Finance functions)
  • Liaise with Salesforce Support (e.g., new products, invoices, JIRA)

2. Student Administration/Enrolments
  • Support in enrolment data entry
  • Dealing with general enquiries to an excellent standard of customer service by phone and email and for walk-in visitors
  • TP Gateway tasks for programmes\xe2\x80\x99 Course Runs, Enrolments, Attendance and Assessments
  • Review and post invoices for opportunities/enrolments

3. Workshop Delivery (materials and logistics)
  • Support in creating meeting requests for workshops
  • Moderation of live online learning sessions and supporting tutors

4. Assessment, Examination and Certification Logistics
  • Assistance in invigilation and assessment administration
  • Certificate preparation and/or delivery


5. Others
  • Admin assistance to and reporting tasks/work requested by the Head of Operations or the management
  • Assistance in events and activities
  • Supplies Requisition
  • Warehouse/Storage maintenance (twice a year)
  • Letterbox checking
