The Role

We're looking for a Finance Manger who's excited to grow with us and wants more than a typical corporate finance job. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who's hungry to learn, ready to take risks, and excited by the idea of shaping the finance function inside a lean, fast-moving company.

This isn't a siloed corporate role -- you'll be at the heart of our operations from transactions and structuring to operations and investor relations, working directly with the leadership team.

What you'll do

Own group-level finance operations: working capital budgets, intercompany billings, treasury, and cash flow planning.

Support transactions end-to-end, from execution to closing, including financial, legal, and tax structuring.

Manage internal controls, audits, compliance, and liaise with external partners (legal, tax, corp sec, accountants, investors).

Jump into ad-hoc projects and problem-solving across the business.

Work closely with founders and gain visibility into high-level venture building and decision-making.

Who You Are

Solid fundamentals in accounting/finance, consulting, advisory, tax or legal roles with 2-4 years of experience (exposure to early-stage companies or start-ups is a plus)

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Law, Finance or a related field.

A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and comfortable taking ownership and figuring things out, not waiting for playbooks.

Strong commercial acumen and analytical thinking -- able to connect financial, legal, and strategic dots.

Excited by the idea of growing with the company rather than following a corporate ladder.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
