Finance Assistant Executive (Full-Set of Accounts)

• Manage full-set of accounts.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions on accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal adjustments etc, meeting service standards.
• Perform compliance check on transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation statements and management reports.
• Prepare audit schedules and facilitate audit exercise.
• Monitor and upkeep service standards and improve it constantly.
• Provide inputs for SOP review and process enhancement.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Accountancy or other relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CAT)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently.
