• Assist in Accounts Receivables function (include reconcile daily sales for store and eCommerce)
• Ensure accuracy of invoicing entries and posting in accounting system
• Issue ad-hoc invoices and credit notes to customer
• Follow up payments with sales team from customer
• Timely update, apply, reconcile cash & credit receipts in AR
• Assist in month end closing and annual audit process
• Ensure proper documentation / filling
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties

• Candidates should possess at least NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• Candidates with knowledge in Navision accounting software will be preferred
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
• Preferably with experience in F&B or retail industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Committed, meticulous, positive personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, team player and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work within tight timelines.
