Accounts payable/ receivable scope

o Understand the AP/AR process cycle and perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting and recording vendors invoices, staff claims and accounts receivables\xe2\x80\x99 data relating to store sales

o Resolve AP related issue with internal and external stakeholders

o Prepare and process payments

o Generate invoices (catering sales or rebilling) and follow up on invoicing matters

General

o Support Planning team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting

o Participate in systems enhancement project

o Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the finance department
