Job Description

Role Summary



Responsible for managing the compensation control environment across the region, including brokers bonus calculation and accruals.


Key Responsibilities



Support APAC Finance Control and management with financial analysis, performance reporting, and investigations. Produce accurate daily and monthly business metrics for management and strategic decisions. Manage brokers commissions payout calculations, reviews, and distributions, coordinate with HR and management for approvals. Prepare and present monthly budget vs. actual performance reports. Support COO team with new business initiatives, products, and market expansion projects. Partner with APAC and Global teams to provide financial insights for decision-making. Perform additional duties as required.



Skills & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Qualified or part-qualified accountant (CPA, CGMA, ACCA). Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; PeopleSoft experience preferred. Exposure to multiple APAC markets is an advantage
