Job Summary:



Handle full set of accounts and tax filings for trading and investment holding companies Transfer pricing documentations and CbCR reports

Financial Reporting


Handle full set of accounts and responsible for month-end financials closing, including consolidation and intercompany eliminations. Ensure all accounting activities comply with group accounting policies and SFRS. Liaise with external auditors on year end audits. Responsible on the preparation of annual financial statements and ACRA submission. Work with Company Secretary to ensure that requisite filings and returns are lodged with the ACRA as prescribed by the Companies Act. Prepare budget and keeping the costs within budget. Review payments and manage cash flow. Tax and Transfer Pricing


Ensure compliance with tax regulations for Singapore trading company and investment holding companies Prepare corporate income tax and indirect taxes computation, liaise with tax agent to ensure compliance with the relevant tax regulations and ensure timely tax filing. Responsible for Transfer Pricing Documentations and CbCR reports

Job Requirement:



Degree in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in full set of accounts and annual financial statements Knowledge in Singapore's tax Experience in SAP is preferred * Strong analytical skill
