Finance Assistant Manager / Supervisor
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location: New Industrial Road (Bartley MRT)
Salary: $4000 - $5000 (depends)Job Responsibilities
You will be taking care of the full spectrum of the companies\' finance activities, including maintaining the full set of accounts and responsible for its day-to-day accounting functions including but not limited to the following:

• Handle full sets of accounts, preparing monthly management accounts, and annual financial reporting
• Daily work included accounts receivable, accounts payable, and GL; cashflow management; assets management, quarterly GST reporting and claim; corporate tax; bank admin matters; property loan matters, etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy with ACCA preferred.
• Prefer candidate with at least 5 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts. Possess good knowledge in accounting entries.
• Proficient in Xero and QuickBooks Accounting Software, excellent Excel
• Able to guide the junior assistant.
