Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Analysing and preparing monthly financials to head office
  • Assisting Head, Finance to ensure compliance of internal and accounting controls cum risk management
  • Participate in Digitalisation & Streamline projects, with lead role in finance related initiatives
  • Monitoring of rental-in-arrears from tenants
  • Managing a team of Finance executives and non-executives
  • Coordinating submissions to head office
  • Coordinate Budgeting Process and Prepare related analysis
Qualifications
Requirements
  • 8 or more years in handling full set of accounts
  • Possess a Degree in Accounting or Equivalent
  • Experience with Corporate governance in a listed company
  • Familiarity of property or real estate sector
  • Knowledge in using accounting systems such as Voyager, Accpac etc.
  • Experience in application of Financial Reporting Standards ("FRS") and review of Financial Results
  • Able to communicate well and possess analytical skills
Functional Skills and Knowledge
  • Corporate governance in a listed company
  • Familiarity of property or real estate sector
  • Use of accounting systems - Voyager (Yardi)
  • Application of Financial Reporting Standards ("FRS")
  • Analysis of Financial Results
  • Implementation of Internal Controls
  • Management of Debts
  • Ability to supervise and coach new and junior staff
