, is a licensed fund management company founded and headquartered in Singapore. Our principal activities are wealth management, fund management and investment advisory services. We render services to multi-family offices as well as operate and manage various Funds which includes but not limited to private equity fund, hedge funds, fixed income funds, etc.


The Company is looking for a dynamic and innovative thinker to join the team as:





Finance Assistant





Key Responsibilities:



Account opening with various Financial Institutions (Fis), including liaising with and dealing with FIs To assist and report to Financial Controller and Senior Accountant on various financial relating matters including but not limited to Funds' NAV reporting and Fund Management Company To prepare financial supporting documentations To assist in GST returns, annual tax compliance and annual audit related matters etc Communicating with fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers etc

Key Requirements:



Chartered Accountant (CPA, ISCA, ACCA), Bachelor's degree/postgraduate diploma/professional degree in finance or accountancy Work experience in an investment management firm or financial services firms is preferred University fresh grad Proactive and eager to learn Good team player
