Job Summary:

• Company background: Healthcare
• Location: Novena
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: Up to $2,700
• Contract Period: 1 Year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and fixed asset management.
• Assist with month-end closing processes and financial reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of journals and audit schedules for month-end and year-end closing, including weekly booking fee refunds.
• Prepare presentation slides and reports for management reporting.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address finance-related queries.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Experienced in SAP will be advantageous
• Relevant studies or experience in Accounting
