Part-Time Finance Admin



Working Hours:

Part-time (flexible / roster-based)

Job Responsibilities



Assist in daily finance administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation Support accounts payable and receivable functions (invoices, claims, reimbursements) Verify and process invoices, receipts, and supporting documents accurately Assist with payment tracking and follow-ups Maintain proper filing (physical and digital) of finance records Support month-end closing activities where required Liaise with internal teams on finance-related documentation and clarifications Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Finance team

Requirements



Prior experience in finance or admin support preferred Able to work independently with good attention to detail Basic knowledge of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Good organisational and time-management skills Students are welcome
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate, Freelance, Student job
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $800.00 - $1,300.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Work Location: In person
