Are you a Finance Executive with Big 4 Audit experience within real estate or finance and are you considering the next chapter in your early career?Do you have ambitions to work for a global real estate investment management firm and are you looking for financial security as well as the chance to learn and grow?This is a new headcount to support the growth of the office. From your base in Singapore, you will work with the senior Finance team and effectively operate as a financial oversight, working closely with the outsourced Fund Management and Accounting firms in multiple countries and jurisdictions - from Singapore to Korea, Japan and Hong Kong - ensuring monthly and quarterly reports are prepared for final review by the team in the US. You will review the work by the outsourced partners and assist with audit and tax filing, some ad-hoc duties will be manual and mundane, as AI hasn\xe2\x80\x99t quite solved the random questions you will be asked!If you know your style of working lends itself to an international setting, working with teams from around the globe and you would take pride in the fact that your role is critical to the smooth operations of a leading investment firm, then we\xe2\x80\x99d love to share this opportunity with you.RequirementsAre you curious by nature, with strong attention to detail, highly motivated, with a can-do attitude to your work?then do get in touch with the team and we can share more details on this role.

• Background in Accounting / Audit / Real Estate / Finance desirable

• Minimum 4 years experience

• Experience preparing and consolidating accounts

• Excellent communication is non-negotiable, as is a great attitude, as supporting the partners in each country demands great people skills.
