Job Requisition ID #24WD79213Position OverviewWe are looking for a Trusted Finance Business Partner to join Autodesk\xe2\x80\x99s Worldwide Sales Finance team as the co-pilot who helps steer Autodesk towards an effective and efficient go-to-market outreach. This position reports directly to Finance Director of APAC & Japan Territory Sales and is the primary business partner to the ASEAN Regional Director and the sales team.The candidate must demonstrate independence, excellence and integrity in decision making and business judgment. A strong knowledge of information systems, financial planning, accounting, strategic planning, risk assessment and business development is required, preferably in a software company. The right candidate for this role will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, financial aptitude, excellent business intuition, and the capability to work at multiple levels, including high-level strategy and day-to-day financial details.This Finance Business Partner will have frequent interactions and collaborate with the local sales teams, cross-functional deal teams and finance teams and enable optimal informed business decisions through strong, effective analysis and key business insights.ResponsibilitiesPartnering directly with ASEAN Regional Director as a member of line management staffManaging Annual Business planning process, allocating the targets, and creating quotas for the ASEAN territory sales RepsDriving Weekly forecast process for ASEAN territory sales team across all segmentsAnalyzing business performance and trends to proactively provide business insights and advice to sales leadersCo-leading with regional Director to drive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Quarterly Business Planning (QBPs), focusing on key business performance metrics and improvement plansProviding deal support in partnership with Deal Operations to develop agreements and agreement proposalsAssisting process improvement for ASEAN team\xe2\x80\x99s pipeline management through salesforce.comLeading the cross-functional teams to close fiscal quartersManaging the OPEX budget (headcount and variable) for the ASEAN territory sales teamBuild relationships with broader groups such as Legal, Client services, Revenue Accounting, Tax, etc. to support the Sales TeamsPlaying the key role for compliance and fiduciaryMinimum RequirementsBachelor in Accounting or Finance preferred; MBA or CPA a plusMinimum 10+ years of relevant experience with finance or business analysis backgroundPrior experience in a technology/software/SaaS company is a plusAdvanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and PowerBI skill as a plusHands on experience with financial software (e.g. Business Objects, QlikView, SAP, etc)Articulate and concise with strong communication skillsAbility to adapt to a complex and changing environmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tight deadlinesAmbitious and ability to learn quicklyStrong team player and leadership potential#LI-AV1Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
