Job Description


We are currently working with an expanding boutique Property Development firm to look for a Finance Business Partner to join its team in undertaking a broad scope of work across the group. Job Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
-Analyze financial data, including budgets, forecasts, and actuals, to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
-Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and providing actionable insights.
-Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making and evaluate investment opportunities.

Business Partnering:
-Collaborate with project managers, department heads, and senior executives to provide financial guidance, support, and expertise.
-Assist in the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring alignment with overall financial objectives.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights on project feasibility, profitability, and risk management.

Budgeting and Forecasting:
-Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure accuracy.
-Monitor and track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying and explaining significant variances.
-Provide recommendations for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and overall financial efficiency.

Financial Planning and Strategy:
-Contribute to the development of financial strategies, goals, and initiatives in alignment with the organization\'s objectives.
-Support the finance director in long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and risk assessment.
-Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for potential property development projects, assessing their financial viability and potential return on investment.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:
-Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
-Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance.
-Educate non-finance teams on financial concepts, ensuring a sound understanding of financial implications and promoting financial literacy across the organization.

Job Requirements:
-Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
-Experience in a similar finance business partnering role within the property development or real estate industry is preferred.
-Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
-Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and relevant regulations.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
