:

As a Finance Business Partner, you will support the Client\'s Vision by partnering closely with all stakeholders to ensure Financial Sustainability and Operational Excellence through a Good Governance process. The Finance Business Partner team creates a real and active partnership with business units and the management, be a trusted adviser and to add value that will assist business units in decision making.

What you will be working on:

Partner divisions / project teams in funding requests, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and 5-year projections through:

• Partner divisions to ensure month/year-end close activities such as accruals are being performed timely
• Detail monitoring and analysis of operating revenue, expenses and capital expenditure utilisation against budget and funding source
• Prepare and present financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances to stakeholders including recommendations, highlight key variance, area of improvements where necessary
• Provide financial insight to business unit for timely decision making
• Partner division and project team on monthly forecasts, annual budgets, revised budget submission including presentation to stakeholders for approval and recommend moderation where necessary
• Monitor fixed and variable costs to clearly understand cost drivers and improve budget marksmanship
• Review and provide input on financial related matters for funding request, quarterly project reporting and end of project reporting
• Ensure compliance of company policies, accounting standards, IMs and Government polices
• Ongoing engagement with business unit to stay updated on business developments
• Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationship with business unit
• Tableau dashboarding and troubleshooting dashboard errors where necessary.

• Assist in implementation of Tableau Dashboard including data collation and wrangling of data on excel prior to upload of data to Tableau server.
• Verifying data that is transpose from current excel to Tableau and ensuring accuracy of dashboards
• Improvement to Tableau Dashboard including minor bug fixes as well as impact analysis of new requirements and features.
• Working with Finance Business Partners on day to day operations including financial analysis which will be use in data analysis in Tableau Dashboard (Cost Centre Variance Analysis)
• Undertake ad hoc projects and analysis work or any other duties assigned when required

Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or a relevant professional accounting qualification with at least 12 years of experience. Prior experience in Finance Business Partner and Technology company is preferred
• Sophisticated presentation and storytelling skills \xe2\x80\x93 build insightful presentation and effectively communicate business narrative to influence and become a trusted business partner
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships, stakeholder management, communicate effectively across all levels. and strong in problem-solving
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively \xe2\x80\x9coutside the box\xe2\x80\x9d and have strong business acumen
• Positive, can-do attitude, meticulous, able to work with large amount of data and do hands-on task
• Ability to adapt and working in a fast paced, rapid changing environment and comfortable in proposing, justifying, initiating, and implementing change
• Proficient in Workday, Dashboarding tools and Microsoft Office such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau. Programming knowledge will be an advantage

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Location: Pasir Panjang

Working Hours: Mon - Fri Office Hours

Salary: $6.7k - 11k
