Job Description

We are helping our client, a fast-growing software development company operates across APAC, for an experienced Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial close and reporting process in alignment with relevant accounting standards. Manage the preparation of monthly forecasts and perform in-depth variance analysis. Oversee day-to-day cash flow planning, working capital efficiency, and treasury operations. Ensure full compliance with all statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls and risk management frameworks. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to support audits and filings. Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic planning, business reviews, and performance analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles. * Proficiency in both English and Mandarin, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
