Job Description


Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Business partner to Head of Sales, APAC responsible for delivering key financial indicators; gross sales, revenue
  • Challenge and influence senior business management to maximize performance, design and implement KPIs to drive performance, generate analysis, insights to help business drive productivity
  • Drive efficiencies and continues improvement, challenging and questioning status quo to drive fact/data based decisions
  • Improve forecast efficiency and accuracy, understand downstream business processes to optimize to improve forecast accuracy
  • Manage global stakeholders in a highly matrix environment to drive best outcomes
  • Work with counterparts and other functions to drive best practices, and be the voice for APAC related to global processes
  • Ensure compliance with LSEG policies and procedures
Internal/External Relations
  • As key member of Asia Finance, this role will interact with senior leaders across the group
  • Operates within a local/global matrix organisation and is an individual contributor
Technical /Professional Skills & Competencies
  • Experienced at supporting fast-paced growth in a similar size business; proven track record in business planning, analysis, forecast and go to market functions
  • Strategic thinker; demonstrates strong conceptual and analytical capabilities to facilitate business decision making
  • Proven ability to develop and articulate compelling business cases to present the growth opportunity; highly effective in influencing local and global stakeholders to advocate for the business; strong cross-cultural awareness
  • Solid domain knowledge and expertise in the areas of commercial finance business partnering, FP&A, finance & accounting with minimum 15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
  • Adept at leading change and challenging the status-quo; excellent people engagement skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams with a global matrix organization
Language, Qualifications & Travel
  • Excellent written and oral English skills; second language an advantage
  • Commerce or Finance related degree
  • Occasional regional and international travel required
