Business Partner: Drive Growth and Profitability in Retail

Become a strategic partner for our commercial team and champion financial success across the regions.

In this dynamic role, you\'ll play a pivotal role in achieving our business P&L goals and unlocking new opportunities for growth. You\'ll collaborate closely with the commercial team, providing data-driven insights and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and customer plans to drive accurate financial planning and reporting.
• Conduct insightful analysis of performance and uncovering opportunities for business and financial improvement.
• Partner with commercial teams to leverage data and analytics for strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
• Champion financial awareness and impact within the commercial team, fostering a focus on profitability and ROI.
• Collaborate on process improvement initiatives such as S&OP and revenue management tools, promoting streamlined efficiency.
• Support the annual pricing review and ensure achievement of pricing targets.
• Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships across geographies to build mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Finance or accounting degree with relevant Retail industry experience
• Proven ability to craft clear and impactful business reports and analyze data effectively.
• Expertise in building financial models and utilizing data analytics tools.
• Strong collaborative spirit with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
