KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES A) FP&A and Data Analyst

• Be the SME for new Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PBF) tool (OneStream)
• Oversee the transformation of FP&A processes in accordance with OneStream blueprint and future state PBF
• Lead in process design and execution to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped, including consolidation and streamlining of current inventory of reports
• Be a SPOC for data related matters under the new operating model for FP&A using OneStream
• Work closely with the Data Team and System Implementor to ensure Finance Requirements are met and provide quality assurance over delivery of OneStream
• Be the go-to superuser for all matters relating to the rollout of OneStream
• Participate in migration of historical data, including SIT, UAT and lead in completion of these tasks through the project cycle
• Finance modernisation project, ie provide reporting requirements, attend prototype and To-Be process walkthrough sessions, involve in data migration, review test cases and participate in user acceptance test
• Lead in process to understand and trace the mapping of existing reports from the legacy system to the new Oracle, OneStream and / or Cognos systems

B) Functional Owner

• Identify, develop and implement new finance processes and drive harmonisation with Oracle and OneStream
• Oversee system integrations for the whole Finance value-chain including requirements gathering, technical setup, CR processes and project management
• Lead in process design and execution to ensure that current and future business requirements are comprehensively mapped
• Re-engineer finance systems, structures, reports and processes to address challenges and increase productivity with the implementation of OneStream and Oracle
• Lead in the implementation of the transformation process working closely with the senior finance team and LBUs on OneStream rollout, including deployment and data migration
• Ensure that any proposed solutions fit for the needs of the finance function in terms of quality, functionality and overall integrity
• Represent the finance function as users of the system, processes and solutions by providing clear expectations and acceptance criteria for the programme
• To provide guidance and delegation to the other Business Superusers, in completion of tasks assigned

C) Process Owner To actively participate in the Oracle and OneStream Implementation as a Process Owner:

• Participate throughout the implementation and champion the use of the Oracle and OneStream system throughout the business and help drive user adoption post-implementation.
• Take ownership of one or more Process areas within Oracle and OneStream and participate in validating and prioritizing business requirements.
• Collate data through the build and testing cycles and address any non-technical issues, requests, or concerns that the employees may have and escalate them correctly to the project team.
• Provide the detailed understanding of their business domain to the implementation partner.
• Provide support and act as a SPOC to the end-users and future end-users.
• Advise colleagues on how the ERP system operates and how to use these new processes and applications.
• Work with the project manager to develop a strategic training plan for the end users

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior relevant Finance experience in asset management companies, FP&A, Data Analytics and demonstrated knowledge on fund related matters preferred
• Chartered Accountant and master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and PBF tool
• Experience in managing stakeholders in different regions and across functions
• Demonstrated knowledge on business and regulatory matters relating to fund management Industry
• Knowledge of Hyperion Finance Management/ OneStream systems and Oracle ERP will be an added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Hands-on approach, independent and resourceful in solution delivery
• Good verbal and written communication skills
