Job Description

• Provide leadership, direction and management to the finance and accounting team.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO/CEO and members of the executive management team
• Support the Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategic planning and budgeting exercises
• Champion the development of policies and procedures within accepted accounting principles and corporate guidelines to ensure effective internal controls are in place and complied with
• Oversee and ensure compliance of statutory and tax requirements of all legal entities
• Oversee all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures
• Work with project teams on finance-related areas including financial due diligence, tax structuring, funding and assessment.
• Responsible to liaise with auditors, tax agents and other regulatory bodies and provide the necessary information as required
• Manage forecasting, reporting, budgets, and consolidation to the Board and Investors

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, orrelevant certification CA/ACCA/CPA
• Preferred if the candidate has had experience with SGX listed company
• Minimum 8 years of accounting & finance experience
• Strong leadership with personal integrity and excellent interpersonal communication skills towards building relationships at all organisational levels.
• Comfortable to delivering outcomes in complex environment within challenging timelines
• Highly-organized, proactive, pays attention to details and is results-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $10,000.00 - $160,000.00 per month Benefits:
