Job Description
Key responsibilities
Accounting, tax, local reporting
- In-charge of day to day functioning of the accounting and tax function which includes preparing financial reports and developing financial procedures.
- Ensuring that all internal controls policies and procedures are current and ensuring compliance with regulatory/corporate guidelines.
- Managing risk, supervising cash management.
- Contract review & legal entity compliance management
- Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and tax organizations.
- Consolidating accounting / tax reports for Asia entities
- Budget/ Rolling forecast & management reporting for SEA+IN; Improve forecast accuracy;
- Act as a business partner to other functions and support business decision-making by provide value-added analysis in various areas;
- Assist in Asia HQ planning and Asia management reporting
- Team management: Provide leadership, guidance and development for members of the Singapore finance team.
- BS in Accounting or Finance, CPA/ACCA preferred.
- 10+yrs including 3+yrs management role, consumer products' Company preferred.
- Knowledge in SAP is a must
- Hands-on & Teamwork spirits
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Business Acumen
