Responsibilities * Reports to the Board of Directors * Provides leadership to the finance and accounting, human resource and administration teams * Lead the teams to setup their respective re Responsibilities Reports to the Board of Directors Provides leadership to the finance and accounting, human resource and administration teams Lead the teams to setup their respective reporting systems and internal controls functions Responsible for compliance with local and overseas accounting standards, audit, taxation and other legal and statutory requirements Work with Project Directors/Engineers to provide advice and support on finance, tax, structuring and corporate finance matters in the Asia Pacific region Responsible for the Group's monthly closing, results analysis and budgeting Administers cash flow management for the Group Acts as liaison person with local and overseas auditors, bankers and other external parties. Performs any other duties assigned by the Board of Directors Requirements Minimum a Degree in Finance/Accounting with CA accreditation Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience, with experience in the Asia Pacific region Resourceful and highly motivated in a new start up environment Adaptable to fast paced environment that promotes changes and drive for achievements Excellent communication skills and able to present, handle queries and relate to the senior management, board of directors, shareholders, and other external parties
