Job Description

A renowned Italian manufacturer produces high-performance automotive parts for vehicles, known for its advanced technology and extensive involvement in motorsports.

• Prepare and submit month-end financial reports for South East Asia Pacific operations, highlighting commercial variances, and handle ad hoc reporting as required by HQ or the CFO.
• Support the sales team with profitability analyses, ensure accurate rebate payments, control domestic credit, minimize overdue export accounts, and monitor net cash flow position.
• Report on logistics cost variances, conduct meetings with HQ to explain variances, and support the Logistics department in developing efficiency action plans.
• Partner with the CFO in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecast submissions.
• Collaborate with the Chief Accountant on reconciliations, manage intercompany transactions, prepare various financial statements, and assist in internal and external audit activities.

Experience Requirements :

• Strong financial, accounting, and controlling knowledge.
• Proficiency in Excel and managing large databases.
• Familiarity with common accounting and reporting systems like SAP and HFM.
• Proficiency in variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and cost exchange management.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Strong logical thinking and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle complexity in a multinational environment.

Education Requirements :

• At least 3 years in a related position in the commercial industry.
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluency in English.
