Job Responsibilities:

Lead the Finance and Accounting Department and be responsible for compliance, treasury, credit and collection, payables and preparation of the financial statements.
Understand the business and the fundamentals of the company's operations in order to serve as business partner of the owners. Strategize and develop the business to ensure efficient costs and maximum productivity.
Relationship management with banks and other financial institutions
In-charge of managing and running the financial model of the business, in order to manage business forecasts, and generate forecasted financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flows) on behalf of equity and debt investors and banks. Strong financial modelling skills a must.
Arrange debt and equity financing, as required under the directive of the President.
Can prepare presentations and reports for banks and investors.
Responsible for the finance and business strategy of the company, in conjunction with the CEO and President.
Financial planning and analysis
External audit engagement
