Job Description

Contract Duration: 6 months (April - September 2026), with possibility of 3-month extension
Location: Singapore
Job Purpose:
Support the Financial Controller in completing Phase 2 and 3 of a Finance Controls Framework Documentation Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Continue and finalise documentation of finance controls.
Review and understand Phase 1 documentation.
Work with SMEs across Finance, Operations, etc., to capture and document processes & controls.
Coordinate SME sign-offs and process owner approvals.
Provide monthly project updates to management and head office.
Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant with minimum 4 years' working experience.
At least 2-3 years' audit experience.
Insurance industry experience is required.
Strong background in insurance accounting and regulatory reporting.
Experience in monthly close processes within fast-paced environments.
Audit exposure and familiarity with SOX/control frameworks preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Visio and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to deliver under pressure.
