Assist Sales Department to prepare SOA
Assist in Handle AP matters like payment and invoice processing
Assist in Handle AR matters like cash and cheques collection processing
Data entry, scanning and filing of documents
Handle general administrative duties
Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements:
Have positive working attitude, proactive and meticulous
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word.
Bilingual for English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Detail-oriented, independent, multitask and organized
