Manage and perform daily local payments and Telegraphic Transfers
Check, Process and Record employee claims
Perform checks on Import and Export documents drawn under LCs
Manage Office administration and facilities including but not limited to mail sorting and distribution, pantry and stationery supplies and office facilities
Liaise with banks to monitor and follow up on Letters of Credits updates
Work closely with operations team to provide clear instructions to bank for process of LC application, negotiation, amendments & etc
Perform entry of all transaction data and process documents
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accountancy or Banking will be added advantage
At least 2 years\' experience in Accounting or Finance
Experience in liaising with banks for matters related to Letters of Credits will be added advantage
