Job Description


Job Responsibility of Accounts:

  • Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL) for auditing.
  • Perform monthly management report
  • Checking/Preparing Quarterly GST Submission.
  • Follow up on Debtors' payment and monthly reconciliation of bank statements/cash flow report.
  • Manage inter companies transactions/petty cash/payments.
  • Perform other AD-HOC assignment.
Job Resposibility of HR and Administration
  • Process the monthly staff expenses claims
  • Ensure that leave management and staff benefits claim are maintained accurately in the system.
  • Ensure management of records, information and data with proper filing and records.
  • Support the co-ordination of annual staff and general insurance renewals.
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing and submission of CPF.
  • Keeping employees' annual leave record.
  • Check, reply email and organise office mails.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned by the Executive Director from time to time.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Accounting and Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years related working experience in handling full set of accounts and inter companies transactions.
  • Familiarity with Accounting software, preferably AutoCount
  • Competent in MS office applications.
  • Honest, careful and meticulous.
  • Good time management skills and able to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possesses good and positive working attitude.
