FINANCE CUM ADMIN LEAD

SUMMARY

\xc2\xb7 Our client is a fastest-growing international pet food group and is currently looking for Finance Cum Admin Lead. This Finance cum Admin Manager/Lead oversees the administration and financial management and reports the activities. The desired lead will be responsible for budget planning as well as offering insights and governance, compliance, and financial advice with the support of German HQ.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Hands-on and can manage day-to-day financial responsibilities from monthly financial closing and commentary, working with the Managing Director to put together a business review and Strategy plan presentations, to support the business teams with any pricing or cost analyses.

\xc2\xb7 From administrative experience, efficiently handling different back-end functions needed to help in executing local IT requirements with the help of German HQ support.

\xc2\xb7 Experience in a smaller office environment and is interested to lead/representing the finance and admin arm of a smaller entrepreneurial team running the business together.

\xc2\xb7 Manage all accounting report functions, consisting of annual and monthly financial statements, cash flow management, payroll, budgets, audit etc.

\xc2\xb7 Take the lead in daily operations and be responsible for the full spectrum of accounting matters.

\xc2\xb7 Assist in any ad-hoc reporting and projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Degree in Finance, Accounting, ACCA or Professional Qualification Accountancy.

\xc2\xb7 More than 5 - 8 years of relevant work experience.

\xc2\xb7 Able to manage, guide and lead peers.

\xc2\xb7 Self-starting, able to work independently and work collaboratively as part of a team.

\xc2\xb7 A hands-on person, meticulous and computer-savvy (efficient in MS Office especially Excel).

\xc2\xb7 Able to work and thrive, in a dynamic work environment.

\xc2\xb7 Possesses good oral and written communication skills.

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in the Mandarin Language.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in German is advantageous.
