From ready stocks to bespoke gift ideas, it is our motto to provide only the best to our customers.Job descriptionFINANCE CUM HR OFFICER sSummary: We are looking for a Finance cum HR Officer to take charge of the financial health and man powers of our company by administering accounting and HR operations to meet legal requirements.You should be familiar with audits, tax matters and payroll. Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting & HR activities, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, employee records and recruitment. You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.Ultimately, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial and human resource transactions and procedures.Duties & Responsibilities: ACCOUNTING AREA

  • Maintains & keeping full sets of accounts
  • Maintain & Submit GST to IRAS.
  • Full spectrum of accounting including data entry, petty cash , etc
  • Handle financial statement, balance sheet, accounting schedule, tax matter, etc
  • Liaise with banks and authorities
  • Submission of claims for Government Grants
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
HUMAN RESOURCE AREA
  • Monthly payroll and CPF Submission
  • Annual IR8A submission and IR21 submission for foreign workers
  • Application/Issuance/Renewal of permits/passes for foreign workers
  • Issue relevant letters to staff for appointment, confirmation, increment, etc
  • Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Human Resource or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years Accounting Experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint.
  • Experience in HR system will be an advantage.
  • Possess an analytical mind and good in problem solving.
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills; good communication skills and contributes to a good work environment.
  • Well updated on IRAS & MOM guidelines
  • Well informed on government grants
