Sourcing Finance Data Analyst - Intern

JOB DESCRIPTION

This role is to assist the Sourcing Finance team with managing and processing data reports and process. The candidate will be involved in digitalizing and transforming these data reports and processes to help with finance transformation efforts within the team. The candidate should be very comfortable with using formulae in Microsoft Excel and possess interest in data analytics related to retail and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate data from multiple data sources

• Format data into meaningful structures

• Build spreadsheet templates, macros, dashboards from existing reports

• Build current reporting process flow for automation

Qualifications & Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulae & functions)

• Able to design charts and graphs in Excel

• Knowledge of Excel VBA and Power BI, Tableau or other data analysis software would be advantageous

• Good skills in Microsoft Word

• Strong analytical skills

• Meticulous with very good attention to detail

• Organized and able to maintain data files in an organized manner
