Finance Data Solutions Delivery Lead
Job Description
A top-tier finance consultancy is working with a leading global financial institution to develop a Finance Data Mart solution that powers Funds under Management (FUM), Flow Reporting, and Revenue Allocation insights. We are seeking a highly capable Delivery Manager / Lead Business Analyst to drive and steer this initiative through successful execution.
This is a delivery-focused role that sits at the intersection of business and technology -- ideal for someone who can manage outcomes while staying hands-on with analysis, stakeholder engagement, and solution validation in the Asset Management domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of a Finance Data Mart solution that supports FUM, Flow Reporting, and Revenue Allocation processes. Coordinate and track project milestones, team deliverables, and business outcomes across multi-disciplinary teams. Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear alignment of priorities and timely delivery. Review outputs and validate deliverables in alignment with functional and data requirements. Partner with stakeholders across finance, data, and operations teams within an Asset Management context. Drive clarity in business objectives, working closely with data engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders. Lead business analysis activities including requirement gathering, documentation, and impact assessment.
Requirements:
Proven experience delivering data-driven finance or performance reporting solutions within financial services or asset management. Strong understanding of Funds under Management, flow tracking, and revenue attribution concepts. Prior experience coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing end-to-end delivery outcomes. Comfortable in both delivery leadership and senior business analyst roles. Strong stakeholder engagement, documentation, and requirement translation skills. Familiarity with Data Mart architecture and BI/reporting tools is a plus.
