Finance Exec (management Reporting)

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management and HOD PL schedule and reporting.
- Prepare monthly B/S and P/L audit schedules.
- Monthly data input to Hyperion Finance Management (HFM)System.
- Carry out analysis on entities performance and identify
- Perform data check to ensure the accuracy of work done by the
- Ensure accuracy of numbers for management reporting.
- Manage the monthly and quarterly forecast, yearly budget and
- Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors, tax
- Prepare yearly financial statement.
- Maintain Fixed Asset Register.
- Prepare and file quarterly GST Return.
- Prepare and submit monthly statistic.
- Design of new business reports, ongoing improvements and re-
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when
- Liaise with HQ finance teams on any ad-hoc reporting or finance queries.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional
- Minimum 4 years of accounting experience in handling management
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and
- Positive working attitude and meticulous with accuracy and
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Able to work under pressure and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
- Willing to work in Tuas
