Job Activities

• Ensure invoices and staff claims are processed accurately and on time in SAP
• Assist in payment processing and liaising with vendor on payment related matters
• Ensure that proper approvals have been given prior to making timely and accurate payments
• Maintain IFRS 16 leases in SLAN tool and ensure posting is done correctly every month in SAP
• Monthly reconciliation between SLAN tool and SAP book balances
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly journals for accruals
• Quarterly preparation of GST return and submission
• Submission of invoices into UNISOL (for project entity)
• Responsible for monthly recharge for intercompany billings
• Assist in quarter end intercompany reconciliation and reporting
• Assist in Statutory FS preparation and other government survey
• Assist in monthly reporting Flash and Budgeting process
• Other adhoc reporting and projects

• Possess a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent recognized professional qualification in Finance or related field
• Minimum 2 years of treasury and account payable experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with working with ERP systems (SAP knowledge would be advantageous) and advanced excel skills for analysis purposes
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work and act with considerable degree of independence
• This is a 2-years fixed-term contract position, with opportunities for internal mobility or conversion to permanent.
