Job Description

What the role is:

You are part of the Finance team responsible for BCA\'s Accounts Receivables functions. You will report to a Senior Manager.

[What you will be working on]

Perform day-to-day operations such as processing, invoicing, verifying and reconciling of collections, and processing monthly GIRO deductions.

Prepare accounting journal entries and accounting schedules.

Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

Support the continuous review and implementation of policies and procedures relating to Accounts Receivables.

Support any other projects and duties as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

Post secondary qualification in Business/Finance/Accountancy.

At least 2 years of working experience preferred.

Proactive, willing to take up challenges and able to work under pressure to meet tight reporting deadlines.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently and effectively as a team.
