Job Purpose
The Finance Executive is responsible for:
- Process vendor invoices and payments posting in our accounting system.
- Perform month-end closing and GST submission.
- Preparation of Financial Statements and XBRL.
- To process invoices and payments posting in a timely and accurate manner.
- To perform vendor reconciliations and follow up with unreconciled transactions.
- To maintain daily cash book and improve existing payment process to generate a healthy level of working
- capital.
- Housekeeping of AP/GL records in softcopies formats, managing AP common email.
- To assist AP accountant on process improvement initiatives.
- To maintain a good relationship with vendors.
- To perform month-end closing of accounts timely and accurately for Balance Sheet and P&L.
- Maintaining audit schedules.
- Preparation of GST submission.
- To prepare financial statements and XBRL.
- To liaise with internal and external auditors on accounting matters.
- To assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong computer literacy, proficient in Excel, and experience in SAP B1 is an added advantage.
- Minimum 2 year working experience in a commercial firm.
- Must have a positive attitude, able to communicate clearly, meticulous, analytical and able to work under
- pressure.
