Job Scope:

Prepare and post month-end journals, ensuring timely and accurate financial closing within targeted deadlines. Ensure completeness and accuracy of revenue recording and handle timely, correct billing of invoices for members and corporate clients. Manage and follow up on collections, update receivables, perform GIRO processing (new, termination, and collection), and reconcile debtors' ageing reports. Handle member and client inquiries, issue statements of account, and ensure accuracy of billing on member accounts. Generate accounts receivable reports, verify miscellaneous corporate billing invoices, and provide explanations for receivables and collections. Assist with year-end audits and perform other related accounting or administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with strong proficiency in MS Office and finance systems; experience with Oracle ERP (NetSuite) is an advantage. Detail-oriented and meticulous, with excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a positive, team-oriented attitude. Adaptable and able to work effectively in a culturally diverse, multi-ethnic environment.



Working Hours: Monday to Friday. (8am - 5.30pm / 8.30am - 6pm)





Working Location: Thomson





Salary: Up to $4,000
