Moreover, we provide integrated marketing and payment solutions for local businesses which target the younger generation and Chinese tourists. 3. : As a finance executive, you will be managing the platform\xe2\x80\x99s settlement, day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. You will be reporting directly to the CEO. 4. Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 In-charge of all settlement matters across several payment platforms, reconciliation of payments and refunds \xc2\xb7 Assist in producing timely and accurate financial statements and monthly management accounts \xc2\xb7 Explain enquires regarding the settlement to merchants or relevant parties with clear explanations and instructions \xc2\xb7 Responsible for a full set of accounts and ensuring that the prepared accounts are in compliance with the approved accounting standards or guidelines \xc2\xb7 Support basic HR functions such as work-permit application, payroll and prepare the LOA for new employees etc. \xc2\xb7 Attend to ad-hoc tasks 5. Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Graduates with a degree/diploma in Accounting and Finance \xc2\xb7 Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as you will have to communicate with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues \xc2\xb7 Minimum 2 years of working experience in payment industry \xc2\xb7 Familiar with Singapore Statutory requirements and regulations \xc2\xb7 Tech-savvy, knowledge in Accounting Software is an advantage \xc2\xb7 Proficient in MS Office with strong MS Excel skills \xc2\xb7 A performance-driven attitude with desire to implement skills into new areas \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines \xc2\xb7 Ability to perform simple HR duties like work-permit application and preparing LOA for new employees etc, \xc2\xb7 Able to adapt to a start-up environment 6.
