Finance Executive, Giro - (220000BU)
Description
The candidate will manage the daily operations of GIRO collections, Checkoff and Life CPF collections and payments. The candidate would also be required to lead and drive the discussions, stakeholder management and implementations of e-initiatives on GIRO and CPF operations.
Responsibilities
- Supports GIRO processing, Life CPF Collections and Checkoff
- Handle 3rd level escalated enquiries from internal/external customers
- Review the work processes and update the standard operating procedures
- Manage the daily CPF payment and collection processes and ensure the SLAs are met
- Perform the quarterly reconciliation of CPF fund schemes with agent banks and CPFB
- Support the GIRO collection and DDA approval cycles and activities
- Lead and drive the e-initiatives on automation of GIRO processing
- Handle system enhancements and testing
- Prepare and collate the monthly management statistics
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in any discipline
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in Insurance and/ or operations would be an advantage
- Willingness to learn
- Detailed, meticulous, organised and self-motivated
- Pleasant and positive personality, and a team player
- Proficient in Excel, Word
