Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Compiles and analyses financial data to prepare journal entries and record business transactions.
- Prepares profit and loss statements, monthly closing reports, and cost accounting summaries.
- Performs general ledger account reconciliations with detailed line items and supporting documentation.
- Collaborates with business units and the controller group to resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Develops, maintains, and recommends improvements to financial databases, software systems, and manual records.
- Supports internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarification.
- Degree holder in Accountancy/ACCA
- 2-3 years of full sets/GL experience
- Knowledge in Oracle financials module will have added advantageous
- Proficient in MS Excel
