Position: Finance Executive
Industry: Manufacturer and distributors of resistors
Salary Package: RM 3200 - RM5000
Working Location: Senai
Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

- Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly financial report
- Assist in general accounting function
- Handle fixed assets registration and fixed assets reporting package
- Overview for AP Payable function
- Prepare and furnish financial related data, report and information to management
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirement
- Other ad hoc assignment may be assigned from time to time.
- Assist the Finance Manager in the daily accounting work
- Responsible for financial data integrity
- Ensure that company\'s assets are properly safeguarded
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin because the candidates need to read and communicate with foreign employees who are Chinese from China
- Candidate at least have 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
- Having SAP software knowledge will be an added advantage
