\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to the Finance team function within AIS & BCS
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow department procedures including maintenance and security of financial records
\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately & competently coordinate and complete Accounts Payable tasksResponsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Daily Accounts Payable (AP) function which includes keying in of Supplier invoices and preparation of payments to
vendors
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure purchases and payments adhere to Company policy
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaise with internal and external customer in payment related matters
\xe2\x97\x8f Problem solving related to 3rd party payment matters
\xe2\x97\x8f Monthly Vendor reconciliation
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare Withholding Tax forms for foreign suppliers if required
\xe2\x97\x8f Assist in booking of flights and accommodation for Professional Development
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform any other duties as assigned
