Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties, including receivables and payables processing, general ledger maintenance, tax and bank reconciliation, and payroll operations.
- Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Support audit and tax queries.
- Liaison with banks regarding banking transactions.
- Manage timely closing process and reconciliations.
- Assist the operational team with invoice issuing, client payment collection, and internal staff compensation claims.
- Support HR whenever necessary.
- Other ad-hoc tasks are assigned by management
