Supervise and lead a team of staff handling daily financial matters, month-end and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, which include:
Pre-Payroll activities such as updating employee information and handling government claims
Processing payroll including CPF contributions and payments
Carrying out post-payroll activities like setting aside bonuses, finalising month-end and year-end accounts, submitting the IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, and addressing any payroll-related queries from employees
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external auditors and tax agents regarding payroll-related matters
Be a primary liaison between finance, human resources, and other partners to ensure organisation is well-prepared and equipped to achieve business objectives

The Successful Applicant
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Accountancy/HR, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience with at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to think critically
Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP system
