Assist in month-end and year-end closing of accounts for management reporting
Perform data entry, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions to ensure finances are maintained in an effective, accurate and up to date manner
Process and prepare invoices and statement of accounts for billings
Process and prepare payments to suppliers, third parties and staff claims
Perform sales and bank reconciliation
Maintain fixed assets register/balance sheet and profit & loss items and audit schedule
Posting of month end journal entries and General Ledger account maintenance
Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow report & management report on timely basis
Assist in monthly stock take at outlets
Assist in quarterly GST reporting
Support in the coordination of internal and external financial audits
Support any ad-hoc assignments
Assist and report to Group Finance Manager and Finance Director
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) is a must
Proficient in MYOB accounting software
Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably in F&B industry
Positive and proactive
Independent and willing to put in extra effort and time to complete the task schedule
Good team player
