Job Description



Review and verify supplier invoices and payment requests to ensure completeness and compliance with company policies. Manage payment processing, including preparing payment files and coordinating with banks for transaction execution. Maintain regular communication with banks to handle daily banking operations and fund management. Perform cash flow and bank account reconciliations to ensure accurate and clear accounts. Handle account clearing tasks related to accounts payable and payment follow-up. Prepare payment and cash flow reports for management review. Support ad hoc finance projects and team tasks as required.

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance department. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with online banking platforms is preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work independently. * Experience in maritime engineering finance/accounting is highly desirable.
